Job Description :

The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for assisting in t the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other documents related to civil litigation. The Litigation Paralegal will also assist in the preparation of discovery requests and responses. The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with the our team of attorneys and Firm Manager to ensure that all documents are properly prepared, reviewed, signed and filed in a timely manner with the utmost accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil litigation or related areas preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience with Clio practice management software
• Must have strong knowledge of Arizona e-filing process and procedures, and civil procedure in federal and state courts
• Ability to write concise, effective pleadings, motions, and discovery procedures using standard court procedures and forms.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail in all aspects of the work assigned.
• Must be a team player, prepared to assist any and all team members with any tasks or deadlines to ensure
• Must be available to assist team members occasionally outside standard business hours, to ensure deadlines are met

We offer flexibility with remote work; however, we prefer candidates who are located in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and are available to be in the office 1–2 days per week.
