Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures

Experienced EBS HRMS Technical Consultant to implement, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, aligning HR technology with organizational needs.

Oracle EBS HRMS duties :

System Customization and Configuration :

Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other systems.

Customize and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to align with HR processes and policies.

Develop custom solutions, reports, and interfaces using Oracle development tools (Oracle Forms, Reports, PL / SQL, Workflow).

Plan and execute HR data migration, ensuring data integrity and smooth transition.
