A company is looking for a Trainer I to develop and conduct training programs for Member and Provider Service roles in contact centers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for department staff
Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs and aids
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and maintain records of training activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment
Flexible availability to accommodate various time zones
Experience in auditing work and presenting findings for improvement
Ability to assist with policy revisions and work process development
