The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, including developing and promoting a sales culture, creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest, and providing outstanding guest service experiences.

The key responsibilities of this role include :

• Providing best-in-class guest service
• Supporting the total shopping environment
• Promptly and accurately processing guest purchases / return transactions
• Responding to guest comments or questions in person or on the phone
• Promoting GameStop's unique guest benefits
• Assisting the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations for store associates
• Observing associate performance and providing timely and appropriate feedback
