Director of Operations
Village Caregiving, LLC, headquartered in Barboursville, WV, is a dedicated non-medical in-home caregiving business committed to helping individuals age comfortably within their homes.
We specialize in assisting with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), encompassing eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and continence.
With a robust presence spanning 50+ offices from Baltimore, MD, to Boise, ID, we're dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients.
We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic and motivated Director of Operations (DO) to play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our Minneapolis, MN office.
The selected candidate will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the Minneapolis and Minnetonka areas.
As an essential part of our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will be a DO who aspires to embrace a leadership position, thrive within a collaborative environment, and contribute to our shared successes.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Training : Nurturing the development of our team members through comprehensive training programs.

Scheduling : Orchestrating effective schedules for caregivers and clients alike.
Customer Service : Prioritizing exceptional service for our valued clients.

Admin Tasks : Managing administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency.
