Our client, a leader in the foods consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join their team. The Associate Brand Manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategies, innovation roadmaps, and commercial plans. The ideal candidate will have marketing skills with a focus on brand / category management and innovation & renovation project management. Location : Hoboken NJ (3 days from home) Pay Range : $47 - $52 hourly Contract : 7 Months (extension possible)

What's the Job?

• Strategic Support : Assist in driving Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) strategies, innovation roadmaps, and commercial plans for both food condiment brands.
• Project Management : Support innovation and renovation project management and delivery, including the development of the mayo segmentation innovation, & mayo superiority initiative.
• Performance Management : Analyze market sales / share with actionable insights into internal and competitor performance.
• Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with Operator Marketing & Customer Development to deliver best-in-class sales support materials and operator-specific marketing campaigns to execute strategy & TT10 performance.
• Communications : Support unmissable brand & influencer campaigns to drive B2B2C brand awareness.
