Job Summary

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an exceptional individual to be responsible for the following tasks :

• Responsible for troubleshooting, repair or replacement of equipment found in wet processing and spray dry production facilities.
• Responsibilities include maintaining typical utility systems (water, air, steam, chilled water & glycol cooling systems & related equipment, etc.)
• Interpreting isometric drawings, P&IDs, schematics and equipment drawings related to pumps, valves, agitators, motors, chillers, air compressors.
• Perform troubleshooting tasks - electrical, mechanical - including three-phase, single-phase, control circuits, motors, switches, brakes and gearboxes
• Problem solving, root cause analysis, system design & construction
• Data tracking & entry in SAP (labor hours, parts, detailed comments)
• Recognizes the need for and provides assistance beyond your core work area to drive improvement.
• Demonstrates a commitment to safety, personal integrity and accountability.
• Maintains a positive attitude while being self-motivated.
