  • What Youll Do :

  • Respond to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and urgency
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined services
  • Manage rental vehicles
  • Assist Warranty Administrator with managing schedules.
  • Support the Service Manager and BDC team with reporting, appointment coordination, and customer outreach
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and DMS systems
  • What Were Looking For :

  • Previous experience in a dealership BDC, service department, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
