• Review and analysis of financial statements and key metricsfor assigned areas
• Prepare general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliation in compliance with policies and procedures
• Support the design and implementation of new accounting processes and routines to enable emerging business operations and ensure scalable growth
• Provide guidance to cross functional stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and task management for junior Chewtopians
• Identify and implement process improvements as continuous improvement
• Liaise with external auditorsand provide documentation as necessary
• Help design and implement internal controls over accounting processes
