salary : $50,000 - $55,000 per yearshift : Firstwork hours : 8 AM - 5 PMeducation : BachelorsResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and process payment batches.Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.Review and process employee expense reports.
Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations.Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with policies.Identify process improvement opportunities.
Generate AP reports and metrics.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of AP or related experience.Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
