You will conduct virtual interactions, provide clear breakdowns of each option, and ensure clients receive accurate follow-up communication. Your responsibilities include organizing digital files, managing multiple client conversations at once, and maintaining a professional and supportive presence. You will play an essential role in simplifying complex information and advocating for clients through empathetic and informative dialogue.
