Senior Administrative Assistant, Employee Services
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily operations and facilities across our two Houston-area offices Downtown Houston and Cypress (Hempstead Hwy). This role is 100% in-office and requires splitting time between both locations. You'll be the go-to person for building management, vendors, and employees when it comes to facilities, office needs, and daily logistics. From handling building issues at our historic DT office to coordinating events in Cypress, you'll keep things running smoothly and support a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main contact for building management, maintenance, and vendors.
- Track and resolve facility issues (repairs, leaks, elevator problems, safety concerns).
- Manage building access, security badges, parking, and visitor processes.
- Coordinate service providers (janitorial, pest control, security, etc.).
- Provide general office support including scheduling, events, and documentation.
- Oversee office budgets, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Manage the company's travel system and assist employees with bookings and approvals.
- Support leadership, including direct assistance to the SVP of HR.
What We're Looking For :
2+ years of office administration, facilities coordination, or related experience.Strong knowledge of office operations, vendor management, and building services is required and needs to be visible on resume.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration tools is a plus.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with employees, vendors, and building representatives.Ability to remain calm and resourceful when addressing urgent facility issues.Why This Role :
