Bookkeeper/Accountant
Bookkeeper Job Description : As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing various accounting functions.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth financial operation of our real estate business, including handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities : -Maintain and update accounting records and files.-Analyze budgets and prepare financial reports.-Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.-Prepare invoices and follow up on late payments.-Record financial transactions and handle bookkeeping queries.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecast reports.-Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.-Collaborate with external auditors and accountants during audits.
- Provide administrative support to the management as needed.Qualifications : -Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in the real estate sector.-Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.-Ability to handle confidential information.-Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting procedures.
