The employee answers directly to the Office Manager. The employee must be able to phone lines in a courteous and polite manner.
The employee must be able to direct all calls or be willing to find the information requested by the caller. The employee must be knowledgeable in computer skills, fax machine, scanning, and copier.
The employee must be flexible. Additional Position Information LSU Health New Orleans School of Dentistry, department of Oral Surgery is seeking motivated applicants for the position of Health Information Coordinator 1, 2 or 3.
These positions are in a Career Progression Group.
As part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a ( Health Information Coordinator 1, 2 or 3) depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s).

There is a starting rate of $18.38 for the HIC 3, $16.06 for the HIC 2 and $15.01 for the HIC 1per hour for this title.
