Liens Manager

We are looking for a Liens Manager / Director to join our growing team.

Position Responsibilities Assemble, organize, and itemize client medical bills.

Oversee liens department, assign tasks, and assure medical bills are reduced in a timely fashion Communicate with Medi-Cal, Medicare, Medicaid, and other governmental health care providers in lien negotiation and resolution.

Handle a large volume of cases requiring lien reductions and negotiations Negotiate Medpay reimbursement claims / waivers as well as sub-out attorney liens Draft Lien Reduction acceptance letters Identify liens from :

• emergency medical treatment Correspond and communicate with clients and creditors over the phone and through email Proactively pursue settlement strategies Resolve any issues that come up before / during the settlement Formulate costs incurred on cases Update clients on lien status process Position Qualifications Must be proficient in Outlook and Adobe.
• Experience with Personal Injury software such as Casepeer or FileVine or other software mandatory.
• JD preferred Must be familiar with operation of general office equipment including calculator, fax machine, copy machine, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills required.
• Prior PC experience required including knowledge of word processing software (Word and Excel preferred).
