Job Summary :
The Derivatives / Structured Finance Analyst will play a key role in our team, focusing on the analysis, design, and implementation of complex financial products.
This position requires a deep understanding of financial derivatives, structured financial products, and risk management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background and the ability to develop sophisticated models to evaluate and manage financial risks.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and model derivatives and structured financial products including but not limited to options, swaps, futures, and structured credit products.
- Develop and utilize mathematical models to forecast changes in financial markets and assess risks associated with structured finance products.
- Collaborate with trading and portfolio management teams to develop strategies that align with client goals.
- Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to assess the impact of changes in market conditions on portfolios.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that affect derivatives and structured finance markets.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the structuring of new transactions from both a quantitative and qualitative standpoint.
- Engage in continuous learning about new financial instruments and techniques in the market.
- Assist senior analysts and managers with ad-hoc projects and client inquiries.
