Research Accounts Receivable Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Description :
oProcess accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
oPerform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
oPrepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
oReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
oVerify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
oFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
oGenerate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
oAccounts receivable experience at least 2 years of solid exp
oLooking for someone with previous experience in clinical research
oSolid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
oProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
oData entry skills along with a knack for numbers
oHands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE or other full-scale ER software)
oProficiency in English and in MS Office
oCustomer service orientation and negotiation skills
oAt a minimum they must have a HS diploma
