Our direct client currentlyhas a contract to hire opening for an IT Service Desk Team fortheir IT Group at its headquarters location downtown Los AngelesCA.
The IT Support Analyst will be required tocome into the office fulltime starting at 6 : 30am with every otherFriday off.
Expectation is a contract durationof 6 months and then conversion to client directemployment.
Were looking for someone who hasexperience working on an Automatic Dialing System & SystemCenter Configuration Manager (SCCM) can work on tasks related totroubleshooting ordering Yubi Keys Docking Station setup andknowledge on ServiceNow.
Mainresponsibilities include but are not limitedto :
- Intake calls using ACDand creating tickets within ServiceNow.
- Learning and responding to customer requests to resolvesoftware and hardware issues.
- Escalatingunresolved issues as necessary.
- Learning toremotely troubleshoot and install software.
Required Skills :
High school diploma or certificate of high schoolequivalency and 2years of relevant experience; or an associatedegree from an accredited college or university in a related fieldand 2 years of relevant experience;
or a bachelors degree from anaccredited college or university in a related fieldexperience.
- Intermediate knowledge MSOffice(Windows 10 & Team) ServiceNow Tanium SCCM Adobe and ActiveDirectory.
- Demonstrates a positive attitudecustomer service skills problem solving skills and the ability towork collaboratively with teammates.
- ValidCalifornia Class C Driver License that allows you to drive in thecourse of your employment.
