Executive Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, this role offers the opportunity to support senior leadership in the nonprofit industry. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational tasks, communication, and managing high-level administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless calendar management for executives.
- Organize and manage virtual conferences and meetings using tools like Cisco Webex.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Process expense reports and approvals through systems such as Concur.
- Manage timekeeping and payroll processes using Kronos Timekeeping System.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms and other organizational systems.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing conference calls and team events.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
Requirements :
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Proficiency in tools such as Cisco Webex, Concur, and Kronos Timekeeping System.Strong organizational and calendar management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Familiarity with CRM systems and financial services processes.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail.Experience in the healthcare or financial services industry is a plus.
