Job Profile : JP00241 - Intermediate Professional, Human Resources Generalists (P2)

Pay : $72,800 $88,000 per year.

Position Summary : Leads core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compliance, training & development and benefits & well-being administration. Ensures compliance with policies and provide guidance to team members and supervisors. Partners with TMX Manager on facility level programs to support employee engagement.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Lead policy interpretation and compliance tracking
• Lead employee relations investigations and documentation
• Interpret policy and provide guidance for leaders and team members
• Deliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actions
• Interview, select and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processes
• Support the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programs
• Support the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc).
• Support ensure HRIS data integrity, assist with conducting transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documents.
• Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance) and recommend strategic improvements.
