Multi-Skilled Welder and Mechanic

Twin Towing is seeking an skilled and versatile individual who has experience in welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs, and is familiar with operating heavy machinery.

Responsibilities :

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to repair and maintain trailers and various other types of equipment.
• Conduct thorough sandblasting of trailers as part of the repair process.
• Apply your skills in repairing shipping containers, addressing structural and cosmetic issues.
• Undertake basic mechanical duties including tire replacement, lighting repairs, and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and front-end loaders safely and effectively, contributing to various operational needs.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in welding, fabrication, and basic mechanical repairs.
• Certification or training in welding and / or heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle physical workload and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have your own tools
