Cruise Specialist
Advisor / Travel Remote Our agency is searchingfor a friendly and professional individual to join our team forthis remote position.
You should be passionate about seeing theworld and helping others do the same. This role involves planningholidays suggesting destinations maintaining client files andmanaging largescale events.
In this position your ultimate goalwill be to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for futureservices.
The ideal candidate will be an excellentcommunicator with indepth knowledge of domestic and internationaldestinations. To succeed in this role you should also possessoutstanding negotiation and sales skills.
Roles &Responsibilities
- Arrange for businessclients for out of town engagements and meetings
- Determine customers needs and preferences suchas schedules and costs
- Plan and arrange tourpackages excursions etc.
- Find fare andschedule information
- Calculate total costs
- Communicating to clients details on requireddocuments
- Give advice about local weatherconditions customs and attractions
- Makealternative arrangements for clients should changes arise.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to effectivelycommunicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)
- Must have internet access tablet or laptop ordesktop
- Personal experience is a huge plushowever not required
