Job Description
Overview :
As an individual contributor, the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations will serve as the connective tissue of the marketing team — ensuring planning runs smoothly, calendars are up-to-date, cross-functional partners are aligned, and activations are executed seamlessly. This person will also act as our in-house producer, overseeing logistics and coordination for content shoots, brand activations, and experiences.
Responsibilities :
Marketing Operations & Planning
- Manage the marketing planning process, including building agendas, facilitating meetings, and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed.
- Own and maintain the integrated marketing calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams and functions.
- Serve as the point of coordination between brand, creative, digital, PR, and Omnichannel partners to keep projects on track.
- Drive meeting readiness by preparing materials, setting clear objectives, and capturing outcomes for leadership visibility.
Production & Activation
Act as in-house producer to coordinate logistics for content shoots, from scheduling and vendor management to onsite execution.Partner with brand and creative teams to bring brand experiences and activations to life, ensuring seamless execution from planning to wrap-up.Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for shoots and events.Anticipate operational needs and proactively problem-solve to ensure flawless delivery.Collaboration & Communication
Streamline communication across cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment and clarity on priorities and timelines.Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, tools, and processes.Provide clear reporting and updates on key projects and initiatives.Requirements :
6–8 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or production roles (beauty, CPG, or retail strongly preferred).Proven ability to manage complex calendars, planning processes, and cross-functional coordination.Experience producing content shoots, events, or brand activations.Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.Strong attention to detail with the ability to see both the big picture and the fine points.Company Summary :
