HR Manager

Job Title : HR Manager

Duration : 6+ Months Contract

Location : Universal City CA

Required Skills :

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Must have minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience conducting complex workplace investigations and partnering with legal counsel as needed.
• Experience supporting large or high-volume workforces.
• Demonstrated success managing HR initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong facilitation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Client Office Suite; experience with HR or case management systems.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or holidays as business needs require.
• Experience in union / represented environments and in industries such as retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
