Join our team as a Warehouse Support Associate in our Phoenix, AZ and be at the heart of operational excellence! You'll be the key liaison between various departments, managing a dynamic ticket queue, ensuring seamless communication, and swift resolution of order issues.

From placing stock on hold to meticulously documenting inventory through photography, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Your sharp eye for detail will shine as you verify and adjust stock, handle system kick-outs, and respond promptly to sales inquiries.

With responsibilities including stock rotation and serving as a reliable backup contact, you'll be instrumental in our commitment to superior customer service.

What you will do? :

  • Manage the ticket queue on various-related tasks that are submitted by various members of the business needing assistance
  • Notify sales of order issues promptly and professionally
  • Place stock on inventory hold as necessary
  • Take photographs of inventory stock for documentation
  • Investigate and resolve reasons for unshipped orders
  • Answer emails in a professional and complete manner
  • Verify, count, and adjust stock in systems as needed
  • Process system kick-outs for the bulk and large items which could include verifying count for under or over shipments, address short picks made by the order fulfillment team, verifying part numbers, repackage items, investigate any root causes of order / part issues
  • Provide timely responses to sales regarding stock checks
  • Conduct regular stock rotation and act as a backup contact for Stock Rotation orders
  • Efficiently scan and document relevant materials for record-keeping
  • Cross-trained on team functions

What you bring to the table! :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a distribution center or related industry, preferred
  • Ability to leverage desktop technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, etc.)
  • Previous experience using a WMS (warehouse management system)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in stock checks, order investigations, and documentation
  • Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues related to order fulfillment and inventory management
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure efficient operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, scanning equipment, and other tools used in distribution center operations
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to address inquiries and concerns in a helpful and professional manner
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and or move, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and processes

Hourly Wage : Starting at $19.00 per hour

Available Shifts : Monday - Friday 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m. or 11 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 30 p.m.
