Responsibilities

• Lead and complete Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / Application Delivery Projects including :
• System Assessment, Design, Build, and testing
• System Health Checks & Reports
• Escalation and Problem Management
• Maintain daily time entries and project updates in our CRM / Professional Services Automation System
• Work closely with our Account Managers and other technology teams to create and deliver client facing proposals, consulting documents, and presentations
• Technical document creation (including analysis, reporting, and recommendation summaries)
• Ensure an exceptional client experience with regular proactive communication project updates, and meetings
• Ongoing professional development, education, and certification advancement (training, conferences etc…)
• Be available to assist your team mates 24 / 7; on call duties are based on rotating team schedule
• Provide expert technical support assistance to clients and our Service Desk
• Prepare and deliver occasional client and internal training for users and support methods.
