Jimmy Johns is currently hiring shift managers and assistant managers in the Indianapolis market. We are looking for someone to be a part of one of the fastest growing restaurants in the nation.

Job Duties :

• Hire, train, and coach 20-40 employees
• Control costs such as food and labor
• Set monthly, yearly, and weekly goals
• Lead by example
• Execute catering orders and provide freaky fast customer service
• Responsible for all daily functions in unit

Job Requirements :

• A positive attitude and the ability to be coached
• 100% effort everyday
• Previous job experience
• Ability to spend 8 hrs on your feet and lift 40 lbs
• Must be 18 with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and insurance
