Deal Operations Specialist

The Deal Operations Specialist is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes listing and pending transactions, along with maintaining large amounts of information across various real estate specific databases. This position will also offer agent support as needed by answering agent questions and ensuring compliance for required paperwork.

Responsibilities include :

• Reviewing, auditing documentation for proper placement in the system
• Entering information, uploading documents
• Creating and managing transactions in the operating system
• Sending communication to Sales Associates regarding incomplete files
• Working with the branch office administrative staff, as well as Agent Services staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance to prevent errors
• Providing customer support to all of our agents and supporting staff at our branches
• Additional duties as required by business need
