The Microsoft 365 Platform Product Manager is responsible for driving the technical strategy, roadmap, and platform optimization of M365 services within the organization. This role focuses on maximizing business value by aligning M365 capabilities with organizational needs, fostering innovation, and ensuring platform readiness for evolving business demands. This is a platform-focused role that partners closely with user-facing teams to ensure business alignment, feedback integration, and support of adoption efforts. The Product Manager collaborates with stakeholders to continuously improve the platform's functionality, scalability, and enterprise impact.

1. Strategic Product Leadership
Ability to define and execute a platform-centric product vision and roadmap.
Prioritization of features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
Alignment of platform strategy with organizational goals and Microsoft's product roadmap.
2. Deep Microsoft 365 Expertise
In-depth knowledge of M365 services : SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform.
Understanding of M365 architecture, licensing, and integration capabilities.
Awareness of emerging features and roadmap developments from Microsoft.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Strong interpersonal skills to partner with user-facing teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to synthesize user feedback and translate it into actionable platform improvements.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, security, compliance, and training.
4. Platform Optimization & Innovation
Capability to evaluate and implement new features that enhance collaboration and productivity.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and process improvement.
Focus on scalability, usability, and continuous improvement of the platform.
5. Governance, Security & Compliance
Familiarity with enterprise IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Ability to define and enforce governance policies for sustainable platform growth.
Collaboration with security teams to ensure platform integrity and risk mitigation.
6. Change Management & User Adoption
Experience supporting training, communication, and change management initiatives.
Empathy for user experience and ability to advocate for intuitive, accessible solutions.
Skill in aligning platform updates with user-facing messaging and rollout strategies.
7. Data-Driven Decision Making
Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs to measure platform success.
Ability to analyze usage data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
Experience presenting insights and recommendation

The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $95.00 / hr.
