We’re seeking a motivated Order Processor Supervisor to join in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where your leadership will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence that impacts the lives of those we serve.
Assistant Controller Supervisor Job Duties :
Lead, mentor, and manage the Order Entry team while overseeing daily workflows, scheduling, and operational accuracy.
Review and verify customer orders for product specifications, pricing, and patient information.
Manage refunds, proof of delivery documentation, and end-of-day reconciliations.
Conduct audits to ensure system accuracy, collaborating with IT to resolve discrepancies.
Create, analyze, and distribute reports with actionable insights, while working cross-functionally to improve processes.
Assistant Controller Supervisor Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
3+ years supervisory experience in order processing, data management, or administrative operations.
Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor, coach, and drive team performance.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and focused on process improvement.
Proficient in order processing systems (Salesforce / CRM, QuickBooks Online a plus) with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location : 100% Onsite / Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule : Monday through Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Pay : $70,000-$75,000 DOE
