Board Coordinator
Schedule and coordinate board meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups. Take minutes during board meetings and track action items. Manage calendars and correspondence for board members and leadership. Prepare board documentation, reports, and presentations. Facilitate communication between the board, leadership, committees, and staff. Maintain governance calendar and monitor key deadlines. Support ad hoc projects and general administrative tasks as needed. The position is ideally 5 days a week, 5 hours per day, at $30 / hour, supporting senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
Requirements : Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including alternative work schedules. Capacity to work independently while maintaining collaboration with leadership.
