The ideal candidate would have 1+ years of litigation experience. Work includes reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records, preparing motions, covering hearings, preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions. We are open to hiring and training attorneys who haven\'t practiced in this area.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize medical records
• Prepare motions
• Cover hearings
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions
• Draft and respond to discovery and related motions
• Attend court appearances
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
• Draft motions for summary judgment
