Position : Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, In-Person)
About the Role :
LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Portland, ME location. This is a full-time, in-person position (not remote). We are looking for a professional, motivated, and dependable individual who is ready to grow with a company that values honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company and play a vital role in providing fast and friendly service to our customers. Responsibilities include :
Assisting potential and existing customers with questions regarding loan products
Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility
Managing customer accounts and processing payments
Making courtesy calls and maintaining regular communication with customers

Full-Time Schedule : Monday – Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Rotating Saturday Schedule : 9 AM to 3 PM

Requirements : General :
Must be available to work full-time, in person
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience :
Previous customer service experience preferred
Comfortable with computers and data entry
Personal Qualities :
Motivated, dependable, and honest
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
Professional demeanor and a team player
