Technology Vice President

A company is looking for a VP of Technology (Hybrid - Philadelphia).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams including Development, QA, DevOps, and production support

Drive operational excellence across the software delivery lifecycle and define technology strategies to support business goals

Mentor team members, promote continuous improvement, and oversee the planning and delivery of software projects

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience

Recent hands-on experience with .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, Oracle Cloud, and Azure

Experience in financial services, preferably in retirement services

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
