Location : Forth Worth, TX
Salary : $110-$130k
Schedule : Monday-Friday fully in office (8am-5pm)
Our Client is a leading provider of in-basin frac sand solutions and is seeking an experienced HR Director to join their dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the VP of HR, the HR Director will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions of the company.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technologically adept, and possess expertise in both Union and non-union payroll processing.
What you get to do :
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage Union and non-Union payroll processing efficiently using ADP, the main platform.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including PPO and HSA plans.
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff members.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
What you need to succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Prior experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in managing HR functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ADP or similar payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual proficiency (English / Spanish) preferred but not required.
