$23 / hr Mortgage Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary The Customer Experience Specialist is within a call center environment, supporting the Consumer Direct Lending team. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for consumers, guiding them through the loan origination process following discussions with licensed loan officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a customer success advocate within a fast-paced call center
• Respond promptly to high-volume inbound calls or texts from customers
• Perform routine data entry and validate consumer information
• Manage routine communication through calls, emails, and / or chat with consumers, PennyMac employees, and authorized third parties
• Collaborate with internal departments to expedite loan processing and resolve customer issues
• Maintain alignment with company culture and values in daily tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
