Marketing Data Analyst
As a member of the Digital Performance and Analytics team, within the Marketing Ops org team, the Marketing Data Analyst will be a trusted advisor to core Marketing functions.
This role will help stakeholders accelerate business strategies, meet goals / objectives, enhance customer experiences, and increase share by using data insights.
The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for providing data analyses that leads to actionable recommendations and a deeper understanding of customer engagement, revenue, and churn.
This role will mine through large datasets from multiple different sources to find trends, segment customers, and ultimately provide stakeholders with the best possible data to make decisions.
JOB DUTIES
- Provide actionable analysis that supports strategic initiatives to optimize and influence go-to-market efforts for the global marketing organization
- Clean data, build reports, and deliver visually compelling analysis to help stakeholders understand performance vs. goals
- Establish, standardize, and enhance operational analytics processes to promote collaboration and drive positive business outcomes
- Use data to better understand customer buying habits and leading indicators of churn
- Perform product and customer analysis to determine ways to increase LTV
- Report on performance for marketing channels : Email, Tradeshows, Paid Search, SEO, Display, Social, etc.
- Help project manage analytics workstreams and reconcile budget reports
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, statistics, marketing, or another relevant field
- 5+ years experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or other data analysis
- Proven experience translating big data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data visualization / BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R

- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering high-quality presentations using marketing insights derived from analytics
- Experience with loyalty programs data
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM data platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Interest in AI as it relates to analytics and statistics
