Description
Summary:
The Treasury Management Service Specialist II provides support to the Specialized Mortgage Services team. Prioritizes complex onboarding’s and ensures they are completed on time with minimal impact to the customer. Takes ownership of service issues and ensures they are completed on time with recognized accepted resolution by the customer. Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with regard to TM onboardings and services. Responsible for focus and awareness of identifying, assessing and managing risk and adhering to policy and procedure acknowledgements.
