Overview :
Under the direction of the preschool teacher, will assist in providing care and age-appropriate activities. Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensure : Must be registered with the State of practice Family Care Safety Registry within 15 days of hire.
- Experience : None.
- Certifications : None.
- Other : Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
- Be able to communicate well; work with other people; and know what is developmentally appropriate.
- Preferred Education : 2 college credit hours in Early Childhood Education or related Education Field preferred.
- Preferred Experience : 1 year child care experience preferred.
- Experience working with children in an early childhood setting preferred.
