Fresh air, nature, and clean linens! This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors in some of the country's most popular national parks.
As a Laundry Attendant, you play a critical role in what makes Under Canvas so unique, providing our guests with crisp linens and fresh towels as they sleep under the stars.
Reporting to a Laundry Supervisor, you will work with a team of peers to clean and restock linens for a camp location. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes the option of team member housing for the duration of employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a supply of clean linens and towels
- Sort used linens, load washers, run the wash cycle, dry, fold, and restock
- Assist team members throughout the camp as necessary to ensure high standards of service for all guests
- Demonstrate the stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions
- Interact regularly with co-workers and guests in a genuine, professional manner
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve independently or in collaboration with your team and / or supervisor
- Eagerly seek opportunities to ensure guests have everything they need
- Maintain a clean laundry area and follow proper OSHA / HAZCOM procedures
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Friendly, team oriented, and ability to follow direction
Additional Information
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, including during extreme heat and cold or weather events
- Able to stand and move for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 30lbs independently; all lifts over 31 lbs. require assistance from a co-worker
- This position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle records check, if requested by Under Canvas.
