customer support.The PM will be responsible for collecting requirements from key partners and working with selected trainers and managers in the development of training material.The PM will assist in selecting the appropriate identified attendees to participate in the advanced training.A plan has been established and the PM will need to help drive this to delivery.The PM will help collect and analyze metrics and feedback to show impact and help create a monthly slide for updates.The PM will interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.Will be responsible for driving program / project schedules and status reports.Will be responsible for creating and / or reviewing multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and / or analytical information.Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program / project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.Provide program / project schedules and status reports.Highly collaborative work environment, able to gather business requirements for training development.Coordinating in the partners and work with the selected trainers and manager to manage the developmentPM with 8+ Years of Exp (candidates that come from large enterprise level environments : Microsoft, Meta, Starbucks, etc.)Demonstrated experience in catching metrics and creating slides in PowerPointDemonstrated strong communication skills both verbally and written - cross functional teamsExperience with SQL to pull data to create reportsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $57.00 - $60.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
