We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Business Administrator to provide critical support to the Corporate Vice President (CVP), Jason Weber, and his global leadership team. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in enabling one of Microsofts most senior and impactful security organizations to operate with precision, clarity, and excellence.

As the Executive Business Administrator, you will be the operational backbone for a globally distributed, deeply technical, and highly senior leadership team. You will partner closely with the CVP and leadership to ensure the business runs smoothly across communications, team operations, and executive priorities. This role requires an experienced professional who thrives in complex environments, can anticipate needs, and consistently delivers with discretion, judgment, and professionalism.

This is more than an administrative role. Its an opportunity to be a trusted partner to senior leaders driving Microsofts mission to secure the digital world. This Flexible Work position is located at our Microsoft office in Redmond, Washington. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the field location.
