Schedule : Hybrid Remote (3 days from home)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing multifamily residential projects or commercial airport projects and possess exceptional design skills using Revit software.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for multifamily residential or commercial airport projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit software.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project goals.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 5-15 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on multifamily residential or commercial airport projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit software is a must.
  • Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
