Job Summary
Key Responsibilities :
- Experienced Customer Service type role focused on hospitality / meeting coordination / reception
- Serves as the initial face and personality of the organization
- Presents a professional and welcoming persona and attitude
- Delivers a positive and welcoming experience from start to finish
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing and actively listens to understand and address needs
- Takes initiative to foresee guest and host needs prior to and throughout visit / event
- Work collaboratively with all departments (IT, Security, Food Services, etc.) to ensure needs are met
- Will utilize knowledge of site and organization to serve as a resource to hosts, guests, and employees
- Attends to meeting and event needs, set-ups, room reservations, coordinates catering, A / V
- Stationed at Lobby / Security desk; works with security but not as security
- Coordinate efforts to improve the customer retention and client experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Experience in Client Services Required
- Experience in Facilities Management Preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers
