As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol Flex in Greenville, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense and more.
What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor for unusual activity and promptly report any observed incidents or concerns to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.Assist with access control by verifying identification and credentials of personnel and visitors.Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential security-related threats in an aerospace and defense environment.Follow all armed post protocols and handle assigned equipment responsibly as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.What We're Looking For

Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and / or military roles.An Armed Guard Card or license is required.Customer service experience is preferred.Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.Why Join Us
