Interlaken, Inc. is a growing site and utility excavation contractor, certified WBE / DBE. We are seeking experienced, safety minded, and career focused PREVAILING WAGE FOREMAN for Site & Utility Excavation work to add to our Leadership TEAM!
Full Time / Local Portland Metro Area
Pay Rate : Private Wage Based on Experience

Valid Drivers License Required & Medical Card w / in 60 days of Hire
Qualifications :
- 5+ Years experience in Leadership Role in Underground Construction
- Previous Management Experience
- Proficient with Blueprint Reading
- Capable of Checking Grade, Setting up Grade and Pipe Laser, GPS Equipment
- Proficient with Excavators, Backhoes, and other heavy machinery
- Valid Drivers License
- OSHA 10
- Competant Person Card
- CPR Card
- Self Motivated
- Safety Minded
Job Tasks for all positions include, but not limited to the following :
- Daily Paperwork and Management of Crew
- Utilize Tablet and Company Software to Read Plans, QTY Calculation, Order Materials
- Scheduling and Planning Daily and Weekly Work Activities
- Oversee Daily Maintenance of Machines
- Site Layout
- Proficient with use of pipe / grade laser
- Promote Safe Work Place
Past Projects include :
Municipal Sewer Main Work, Watermain Work, PBOT and Parks Projects
