Ideally you will have 5+ years of experience running marketing events and programs with a passion for connecting with customers and prospects in a community-led framework.

As the Community and Events Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a vibrant and engaged community around our brand.

You will be the driving force behind organizing and hosting events, both virtual (aka webinars) and in-person (from tradeshows to intimate dinners), that bring our community together to learn, connect, and have fun.

Your role will be pivotal in building brand loyalty, increasing customer engagement, and driving growth.This position can be based in the Bay Area or in our NYC HQ.

What you can expect

  • Plan and execute community events & webinars, including coordination with alliance and channel partners, regional marketing leads, and the brand team.
  • Organise, run and host events, both virtual and in-person including live shows, webinars, workshops, sponsored events, customer events and networking events
  • Create a global event & webinar calendar, including promotion plan, production workbacks, stakeholder alignment and measurements of success
  • Delivery of events such as webinars and trade fair presence in order to drive pipeline, including the creation of event-in-a-box toolkits for internal (regional) and external (channel) stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that drive community acquisition across both users and prospects within our market
  • Leverage community to identify and cultivate champions for Aircall that act as an extension to our brand Event budget and PO management
  • Event tracking, analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for an iterative, scalable approach to improving future events.
  • Analyse community member growth, engagement and revenue impact
  • Leverage Ai for efficiencies

What were looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience of B2B Marketing or SaaS required
  • Higher education ( Bachelors degree) in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Experience in planning, executing and reporting on the success of marketing events
  • Customer-obsessed, experience in leveraging community to drive product advocacy
  • Experience in partner marketing & co-marketing with third parties
  • Proactive team player with positive attitude
  • Proficient in project management skills and tools.
  • Experience of working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams as well as external agencies to deliver projects successfully
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Hands-on and data driven mindset with strong organisational skills
  • Experience or working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Marketo etc. will be highly advantageous
  • Fluency in English required, French, Spanish, or German a big plus.

$80,000 - $100,000 a yearThe actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location and experience.
