Collection Subrogation Specialist

A company is looking for a UM Subrogation Specialist to manage collections and coordinate dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with businesses to collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation

Negotiate claims' resolutions with insurance carriers and establish agreements for lien releases

Prepare investigative correspondence and maintain account work standards as assigned by management

Required Qualifications :

1 year of experience in 3rd party collections and / or subrogation

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills

Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements

Customer service experience is required
