Overview
Territory Manager - Central States at EagleBurgmann. This role is located in Houston, TX and offers hybrid work arrangements.
Be responsible for leading the sales functions within the assigned territory to create competitive advantage, maximize customer satisfaction and return on investment for the business unit.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the overall sales functions of the business unit in the assigned territory in such a manner that it creates a competitive advantage, maximizes customer satisfaction and return on investment in the business unit.
- General understanding and knowledge of the products or services that Eagle Burgmann provides and how they relate to overall operations and customers.
- Support national sales strategic growth initiatives / targets through End User, OEM & Distribution Channels on an annual basis.
- Interface with internal and external customers for timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics and other goals / directives in an efficient and positive manner.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and practices safety daily utilizing appropriate protective gear and adhere to Company procedures.
- Provide monthly reporting on progress in program bookings.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree or experience, plus several years of experience in the Combined Cycle Power Generation industry.Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.Must have motivational skills and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process and industry opportunities in the market (develop networks).Travel required 60% or more, as required to meet or exceed bookings goals for the territory.Benefits
