Responsibilities

Client Acquisition : Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new clients to expand our customer base.Team Leadership : Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.

Campaign Management : Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.

Sales Growth : Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating new business.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the insurance industry.

Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.

Requirement

Experience : Proven experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within the insurance industry.

Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and a track record of building and leading successful teams.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Technology Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technologies to support sales and marketing activities.
